Target corporate Cake

 

This cake turned out pretty cool.  Contrary to what most people think (and because of the "see spot save" ads), the doggy's name is Bullseye, not Spot!  

This cake was vanilla with Bavarian cream and raspberry filling.  It must've been good, because at the event,   a lady who happened to actually be from Bavaria (German) said the filling was quite good :) Yay!

This cake was alot of fun. 

I used luster dust to give a metallic sheen to the "coal" in the rail car.

This snowflake cookie is decorated with Royal icing and pearl dust. 

These beautiful Christmas cookies are decorated with Royal icing.  I used a pearl dust to give them a subtle iridescence.  These cookies gave  a whimsical personal touch to holiday gifts.
